UHF Multiport Companion

UHF Multiport Companion facilitates the implementation of UHF RFID within an
organization by allowing existing applications using barcode technology to use
UHF RFID technology as well without the need to modify the in-place application
software.

The Multiport Companion is placed between the serial port and the barcode reader. The Multiport Companion has a built-in antenna to support RFID reads. Any data scanned through the barcode or RFID features will be routed to the output port which makes the device transparent to the application software.

The action of encoding RFID tags is greatly simplified. Multiport Companion is a standalone device that takes the barcode data scanned though a barcode scanner and writes the data into Class 0, Class1 and G2 standards RFID tags without the need for a computer.
