Sorting Application
UHF LineMaster powered by Sorter Engine will enable the users to easily
upgrade their existing barcode based sorting systems to RFID. Sorter
Engine will segregate products through comparing RFID/barcode data with user
defined template.
The UHF LineMaster powered by Sorter Engine is designed
not only to perform sorts based on local logic in the sorter engine, but also it
can connect to a web service to obtain sort instructions based on the data
collected from barcode and RFID. Sorter Engine in conjunction with Web Services
enables the users to communicate data with the back end systems and effectively
control the movement of products in a conveyor belt setup.
RFID Label Applicator
Upgrade your existing label applicator to RFID using UHF LineMaster powered by
Encoding Engine. Through Input triggers, UHF LineMaster using Encoder Engine will validate the RFID tag to make sure that it is functional and if
the tag fails the validation, the error output is activated. Error/Success
outputs of UHF LineMaster will enable your label head's reject/apply
sub-assemblies to reject or apply the tag.
UHF LineMaster powered by Encoding Engine is capable of generating
serialized data to encode RFID tags based on content of the counter in the
memory of the LineMaster. Service Oriented Architecture of The UHF LineMaster powered by Encoding Engine allows easier integration with back end systems through web service calls to application server.
Data Collection
By installing UHF LineMaster powered by Router Engine you can RFID enable
your existing Data Acquisition systems and minimize RFID upgrade costs. UHF
LineMaster powered by Router Engine sends collected barcode and RFID data
along with other parameters to user's back end systems by invoking web service
function calls. Collecting data from barcode and RFID is controlled by input
triggers. In case no data is collected, upon an incoming trigger, the UHF
LineMaster powered by Router Engine can be programmed to activate
outputs.
RFID Tag Programmer
Turn your existing material handling system into an automated RFID Tag
Programmer tool through installing UHF LineMaster powered by encoding Engine. Through Input triggers, UHF LineMaster using Encoding Engine will
validate that a box/container is in the write range, perform a write to the
RFID tag attached to the box and validate that the write was properly
performed. If write validation fails, the error output is activated.
Error/Success
outputs of UHF LineMaster will enable your material handling system to redirect
the box/container accordingly.
