RFID technology is rapidly becoming a key technology in applications being developed for government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, transportation, anti-counterfeiting efforts and logistics. As pilots progress, end users are realizing that one of the major challenges and cost of RFID technology is integration into existing applications. As RFID technology evolves the return on investment for the application of this technology grows, therefore keeping the integration costs and efforts to a minimum becomes the number one priority. Intelletto technologies' RFID based appliances minimize the need for software integration and modifications during all phases of RFID implementation.

Our product strategy is based on recognizing the challenges of RFID implementation and minimizing them by developing RFID technology that is flexible because of its onboard intelligence. This built-in intelligence provides operating instructions and processing power to our RFID devices without the need for supporting computers or middleware. These abilities give the user maximum flexibility at minimum cost. Our product lines allow companies to proceed with their RFID implementation plans without worrying about hype and many avoidable implementation expenses, thereby increasing their productivity and return on investment. At Intelletto, our vision is to change the way people think about RFID technology as Intelletto devices becoming an enabler not a hurdle to implement.

Intelletto was founded in 2003 by a team of software and hardware professionals with extensive experience in wireless technologies, logistics, and business consulting. Intelletto is committed to delivering high quality, multi-dimensional products to customers, partners and resellers through its unique product and service offerings, by closely synchronizing product development strategies to line up with customers' needs and priorities, focusing on: productivity, cost savings and return on investment.

Intelletto provides its hardware and software products directly through its own sales force and indirectly through a network of channel partners to large enterprises, small and medium-sized businesses, service providers and consumers.

Executive Team

President and CEO: Hassanali Namazi

Hassanali Namazi major in Engineering Physics from State University of New York in 1987 with more than 10 years experience in Iran where he worked for several public and private companies in many capacities ranging from Software Developer, to Software Analyst, Software Implementation Consultant to Software Sales Manager. In 1998 he started his career in Canada as Software Tester in Globe-Tek Corporation. Hassan rose through the ranks in Globe-Tek to QA/Support Manager and Senior Software Integration Analyst. Hassan has implemented ISO 9001 quality systems in Globe-Tek and is fully versed in the complex task of managing and supporting large software implementation projects.

VP of Engineering: Reza Soudmand

Reza Soudmand holds a Masters degree in electrical engineering with major in telecommunication from Graz University in Austria. With 11 years of experience of embedded design and project management at Siemens AG Austria he pursued his career in Canada and in 2000 took a position at Telepanel Systems Inc., a manufacturer of wireless Electronic Shelf Labels for the retail industry, as Senior Software Engineer and soon was promoted to Director of Engineering.

VP of Product Development : Homayoun Ahmadi

Homayoun Ahmadi obtained his Electrical Engineering with major in electronics in 1990 from Gilan University of Technology (Rasht-Iran). After 6 years of working experience in different capacities from software and hardware support to product management in companies such as BPI and Mahsa Electronics he moved to Canada and followed his career at Acer technologies Inc. as a quality assurance specialist. In 1999 he moved to Panasonic Canada as broadcast engineer followed by a Software Engineer position at Telepanel Systems Inc.

Board of Advisors

Dominique Binckly

Dominique Binckly is currently a Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development for Psion Teklogix Inc., which is a global provider of solutions that enable enterprises through RFID and other technologies. Psion Teklogix has installations in over 60 countries and Dominique leads a sales force of 450 people with a budget of $300M USD. In his tenure at Psion Dominique established the overseas sales and partner organization. He has started-up 16 direct foreign subsidiaries and closed sales in more than 20 countries on 5 continents. Dominique has held several senior level positions in a career spanning over 25 years in the high tech industry. Dominique has deep experience in senior management, International sales, Wireless technologies, Supply chain and Business operations. Dominique graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1973 with an Electrical Engineering Degree.

Psion Teklogix Europe (PTE) was the proud recipient of the 'Innovation in Supply Chain' Award at the "European Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2005". PTE won the 'Innovation' section which demonstrates the company's capabilities and know-how in RFID.

Garry Wallace

Garry Wallace holds a BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto and Electronic Technologist diploma in Circuit Design from Centennial College. Garry started his career in the Advanced Networking technology Division of Xerox Canada holding positions in Service Management, Systems Sales, Sales Management, General Management, Marketing and Director of Partnering over a 23 year span. In the early 90's Garry joined the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's strategy office as Director of Sales and Service. In the mid-90's Garry joined Compaq Computers as Vice President of Services Sales. In 2000 Garry assumed CEO duties at Telepanel Systems Inc. as President & CEO bringing multiple rounds of financing to the firm and engaging numerous industry partners. Garry currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for Avalanche Networks Inc. (AVH TSX-V), CIUT (The University of Toronto Radio station) and the Board of Advisors of Musicrypt Inc. (MCT TSX-V).
